Account & Registration

Registering with asia4d is simple and takes less than 3 minutes. Go to the Register, enter your full name, email, phone number, and create a password. Verify your account via the confirmation email sent, and your account will be active immediately. There are no registration fees.

The minimum age requirement is 18 years old. Asia4D takes this responsibility seriously and may request age verification during the KYC process. Any account confirmed to belong to an underage user will be suspended immediately.

No. Each individual is only allowed one active account. Holding multiple accounts violates our Terms and Conditions. If you've forgotten your login credentials, use the "Forgot Password" function or contact customer support – do not create a new account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an industry-standard identity verification process. You'll need to submit a valid copy of your MyKad or passport. This process protects you from account misuse and is required for withdrawals. Your information is stored securely and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Log in to your account and go to Settings → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm. If you have forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot Password" function on the Login.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Asia4D supports DuitNow (instant bank-to-bank transfer), FPX (access all major Malaysian banks), TNG eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed instantly within seconds.

The minimum deposit limit starts from RM 20 depends on the selected payment method. Maximum limits vary by method and account verification level. Once KYC is complete, your daily deposit limit can be increased upon request.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for standard withdrawals. Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer due to KYC verification. Funds are credited directly to the Malaysia bank account you registered.
